Chapter 2:

“Two hot dogs please!” Danny says happily.

“Lots of ketchup on mine please!” Koko chimes in.

“Wow aren’t you brave?” Danny says while leering at the blatant “do not ask for ketchup” sign.

“Ketchup! Ketchup! Ketchup!” She cheers while thrusting her hands up and down excitedly.

A…Sir.” The clerk utters softly. A look of horror is painted over her face.

“Oh God I knew it! We are making the “Banned List!”

Danny pans over to a wall covered with photos. Presumably these people were banned from the restaurant.

“We’re gonna join the ranks of “Deeply Touched,” “Play with my dog” and “Tickle my pickle!” The poor man bows his head as despair envelopes his very soul!”

“Somehow I feel they were banned for something other than asking for
Ketchup…” Koko scans the names found on the photos.

“Lick my thigh,” “Deep in the hole,” “Kitty McCake!” That last name, it bugs me more than the others! Koko glares at the picture of the blonde girl in the photo.

“Sir! This is not about the ketchup! Your bleeding from your head!” The clerk frantically points at Danny’s head, she’s practically falling over the counter in order to point this fact out!

“Is that all? So I’m not being put on the “Banned List?!” His eyes sparkle, Danny has been given new life thanks to the clerk’s words.

“He’ll be fine.” Retorts Koko. “Now about that ketchup!”
